Shipping policy

Maison Duelle offers worldwide shipping. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our logistics partner to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Order Processing

Orders placed before the applicable carrier cut-off time are typically processed, packed, and dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination.

Typical shipping rates range between €10–€20.

All product prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• European Union: approximately 3–5 business days
• International: delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected carrier

In certain cases, faster delivery options may be available depending on the shipping method selected.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We work with a range of international carriers depending on the destination and shipping method.

Tracked shipping is strongly recommended and used for most deliveries. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Untracked shipping is generally not offered, with limited exceptions (such as certain local deliveries via Bpost in Belgium).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 

Failed Deliveries and Parcel Collection

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment will typically be redirected to a local parcel collection point.

The parcel will be held for approximately 14 days. If it is not collected within this time, it will be returned to the warehouse.

Incorrect Address Information

All shipping addresses are automatically checked during order processing.

If an issue is identified, the order may be temporarily placed on hold and you will be notified by email to verify your details.

If an incorrect address is not corrected in time and the shipment is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Re-shipping

If an order is returned due to:

• incorrect or incomplete address details
• failure to collect the parcel

any re-shipping will be subject to additional charges.

Re-shipping costs will be equivalent to the original shipping fee.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us without delay at bonjour@maisonduelle.com.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolution times may vary depending on the carrier’s process.

Shipping Restrictions

We offer worldwide shipping. However, deliveries to certain regions may be restricted due to geopolitical or logistical limitations.
